No Stride, Wide Stance

IMO/IME, a no stride swing can be taught and used effectively or poorly. Just the same as stride swing!

So did she lift her foot up and put it down or literally not pick it up at all?

Just without good instruction it can lead to a very all arms and upper half type approach.

She started doing a toe touch after the first year 14U. This was right after 12U and it hit off the fence. Definitely not all arm swing.
