NFCA Membership

This is a several tiered question regarding the NFCA.

1) how important is membership in the organization for coaches?
2) Is coach Membership in the NFCA viewed as important to parents?
3) If an organization is willing to pay NFCA membership for its coaches, does this give them an advantage in retaining/obtaining good ones?
4) what is the most important benefit being an NFCA coach gets you and your team (from your experience)?

I am very curious and would like to know.

Practice plans, videos, and drills are available as an NFCA member. There are webinars occasionally as well. It's worth getting a membership for at least one coach in your organization to check out the resources.
