My .02. She looks great. A couple of things. Still has a tendency to walk though the pitch after release and her arm seems to be too straight at 12:00 into release. I would have her get a little more bend in the arm the last half of the arm circle.

My last comment is now that she has pretty good mechanics, work on spins. If you have access to a RevFire system, they are great tool for measuring RPS and benchmarking progress. Well worth the investment for serious pitchers.

I used the term "drifting" to help mine understand the floating in the motion which robs whip. There is a certain point and time in which that whip gets cracked and if you are floating around it doesn't work to well. I also used "spike your front foot into the ground" as a description. You'll have to find the ones that resonate with her.

And those words which resonate can be a moving target of their own. Some days a certain word works, some days it takes a different one.
