The Long Island Pride 14U girls fast pitch softball team is currently looking for 1 pitcher to fill our 2011 team. We play spring, summer and fall seasons and will be participating in 4 local tournaments as well as a week in Cooperstown NY during the year as well. We are now begining the spring season and would like to lock in our last pitcher right away.
We are located in Suffolk County in the town of Brookhaven. This years team will be participating in the following:
12 hour and a half indoor evening workouts during February and March.
Spring season in NJBL consisting of 6 Saturday morning double headers.
Summer season in the Town of Brookhaven girls fastpitch league consisting of 5 weeknight double headers with guaranteed playoffs.
Fall season in NJBL consisting of 6 Saturday morning double headers.
We will also be participating in 4 local tournaments over the course of the 2011 season here on Long Island.
The Long Island Pride will be fully sponsored and fundraised which is making it possible for us to go to Cooperstown New York in 2011 to participate in Diamond Dreams Tournament Week.
