Jugs Jr speed controller, Same old problem, circuit board gone bad

Jugs Jr speed controller
Sometimes works, mostly intermittently. No visible signs of component failure or loose connections.
Has anyone built a new controller with mph using a Dart controller?

I know their customer service was great for me when I was troubleshooting a unit, but that was 10-12 years ago. Give them a call.
