We have received some indication that a person or group is trying to steal people's accounts.
Most of the time, accounts are broken into due to bad passwords. E.g., PASSWORD is a common password. So is 12345. A hacker needs only to find a list of user names, and then input the names and one of the dozens of common passwords. If he has enough user names and time, he will be successful.
It is relatively easy to have a good, secure password.
In your password:
Use one capital letter.
Use one number.
Use one special character.
The best approach is to use a phrase rather than a word.
E.g., Riseballsdontrise!
You could also use number substitution...substituting numbers for letters:
Ris3ba11sd0ntris3!
