I don't know, after I hurt my knee I forgot how to hit for almost 2 years and was getting jammed all the time..cannot say I thought it was a good thing at the time
Well..I wouldn't say it was EVERY swing...but it was too manyThis is true also, getting jammed on every swing isn't the goal.
Yeah, Trout is just one big muscle and super athletic so he can hit however he wants.. lol. Hard to argue with his results, but I agree, hit it where it's pitchedWith all the shifts that occurs today.. I think it would be beneficial to hit the ball where its pitched vs trying to inside/out every pitch.
