How to Recruit an Assistant Coach

The coaching staff for our 14U travel team consists of myself and 2 other gentleman that all have daughters on the team. I would love to add a former college player to the staff but not sure how to go about finding one. Any suggestions would be helpful.

(Might be better off trying to recruit a good HS senior in your area for community service duties)

Advertise on your area softball forums. Word of mouth, talk to the coaches giving lessons, etc.
