I'll bet she gets it in the car on the way home, at home, when she's practicing with him alone, etc.

If this team was set up by an organization, then go to the head of the organization and make sure he/she is present during the AC's meeting with the HC. Also make sure that the organization head knows what outcome you desire, and gauge whether or not they support you. It's one thing to have 3 AC's with opinions, it's another if there is organizational by-laws, etc, with actionable consequences.

Well, we had the meeting and it actually went well. Got a lot of things out in the open. We 2 games after the meeting and he was better-no episodes. Let's just hope it stays this way.

I agree with some others... he needs to asked to step down. We as coaches can only expect the quality of output from a player that is equal to the quality of input.
