These work but you have to swing pretty hard to hit it more than 100 feet but they are easy to place the ball where you want it.

I have never owned one but tried another coach's. 10U balls.
If your program has the money, invest in one of these - Our outfielders can get three times the number of reps in, plus its much easier simpler to hit those "tweeners" between the IF and OF and get everyone communicating on fly balls.
That initial investment is a lot, though ($2500).
