I see it as a dynamic stretching of the muscles from the upper legs through the torso. The stretch is not released until swing launch.

I see it the same way. Except I don’t want the stretch to release. I want it to exchange anterior to posterior eccentrically speaking. opposite would be posterior to anterior concentrically speaking.
