Our HS has a machine called the Team-o-Matic. I put $50 in and turn the handle every time we go there.

I think any time you can get a bat and a ball in your dd's hands the better.

I agree! I'm too scared to play catch with my DD anymore. Even if she just gets a little extra practice out of a HS clinic, that's a good thing.
