The other thing to remember gang, the 70 yr old pitchers weren't pitching when the rules allowed them to "cheat" by jumping, crow hopping, etc. Therefore, I doubt there's a significant need to worry about your velocity.

I’ll get back to you in 2 years when I turn 50. Started pitching men’s fastpitch three years ago and wish I would have started 25 years ago!
