Florida was playing Texas A&M last night. Florida had runners at 2 and 3 with 1 out, down 2-1. Fly ball to medium left field. Runner at 3rd tagged and jogged toward home. Runner at 2nd tagged and sprinted to 3rd. LF threw out runner at 3rd and tag was made right before runner crossed home. No run. Runner going home probably assumed that she would never be thrown out but didn’t consider the play at 3rd. Lesson learned.
