Was eating at a restaruant a little bit ago and caught a glimpse ofthe FSU/Syracuse game. Holy cow....what kind of change up does Lacy Waldrop throw? I couldnt see the tv well enough to see her motion but those batters were absolutely frozen when she threw it.....

She is a master of multiple speeds with lots of spin/movement.
Throwing fast is important but nearly as important as being able to change speeds.
