DD started going to a PC for the 1st time. He teaches HE, but doesn't stress it. He's done good about getting her lower body more in sync and getting her weight back more at release. She use to have a good bit of forward lean. She use to have a decent amount of natural drop to her pitch.
With the new mechanics, she picked up a good bit of speed, but lost her downward movement. Over the past week, she's finally got the spin back for a drop with the added speed. I asked her what she's doing different and she said the PC just told her to visualize a loose wrist.
Also, she's been playing with grips and we noticed that when the keeps her thumb off seem with a horseshoe grip, it adds a little tail to the pitch. Does this make sense?
