I am new to the forum, and don't know that much about softball.. I loved it as a kid, but never played competitively.
DD is 12, she is in her 3rd season with a travel team. She is a lefty, she prefers to play first base, she has to hit for power as she isn't a sprinter. I learned a lot about the sport in her first 2 years, but not close to enough.
