My daughter is hitting 500 three weeks into her 16U season playing a top notch tourney schedule but has about 30 percent strikeouts of total at bats. We believe that we have correctly diagnosed that she needs to be sure that she gets a good two eyed look and that her head must turn without excessive tilt. When she tilts her head her shoulder drops which of course effects her vision and swing. She is making the adjustment but when fatigue creeps in the muscle goes back to the memory. Does anyone have a suggestion of good drills to burn in the correct muscle memory for this issue?
