We brought Dr. Cindra Kamphoff into our school yesterday to speak to all the kids on the mental side of sports and life. I highly recommend her to anyone or organization. I've had her book, Beyond Grit, on my "need to-read" list for a while. I should get on that.

Her book is great, easy read several short 4-6 page chapters for those of us that don't like to read it's great.
