"Double jointed"

My 12 yr old daughters elbow causes her forearm to angle outward (if that makes sense)....one pitching coach told her she needs to flip her hand outward on release otherwise normal hand position causes too much drag when doing hello elbow. Had different pitching coach tell her to use Internal rotation but didn't say anything about her "Double jointed" elbow.... any thoughts??

When I got my minor in health, we were taught that there isn't such a thing as being "double-jointed." It is actually "hypermobility" of a joint. Here is a decent read on it:

Find a different pitching coach.
