I just have to post how proud I am of my husband and daughter. My DH has been coaching sports for 13 years and it has had its highest of highs and lowest of lows. DH's team this year has had to overcome loads of adversity. They lost their number one pitcher early on, and then our daughter, the number 2/3, injured her back during high school season. At one point DD didn't even want to play anymore. This weekend it all came together in some sort of a "Miracle on Ice" fashion. Their three wins yesterday were against some of the best teams in our state. Our daughter pitched her heart out and finished up the day with a sunset hike with some of her best friends. Seeing the ones that I love more than anything happy is pure joy. DD's the one biting the trophy a-la Raphael Nadal
