I have never seen this video before.

Our league never calls illegal pitches, once we decide to stop having her try to pitch legally I am pulling this video out again. As another plus he has some IR going on.

Crow hoping is lot more common than most people think, the video shows 2 obvious examples. I have seen it a lot at the Mid Major D1 schools that play locally. It's often so subtle that you need good slo-mo to see it. However in a lot of cases since it is so subtle it's not big advantage for the pitcher.

The easiest way to tell is to watch the back knee. If it's bent during the drag, it will most likely be followed with a second push.
