Can I legally teach/have my girls bunt in 6-7 yr old little league softball?

This is just my opinion, but at that age, the girls need to be developing their swing against live pitches for the first time, not learning to bunt. Who cares if your 6 y/o's team is undefeated when all they want to do is hit the damn ball? It's your job to build their skills, not find loopholes in the rules.

While I don't agree with it, my kid used to play in a league that didn't allow bunting until 12u to focus on hitting...now that is the opposite end of the spectrum(which I don't agree with), but point is, don't take the fun out of the game and hold hitters back.
