No...she used to tip it more vertically up until a year ago until her TB coach did away with it. So...this is at max tipUnless the barrel tips forward at load maybe?

I promised DD I wouldn't post video, so...this is the absolute farthest the tip travels towards the pitcher. She gets it to this point and pretty much holds it until go. The ball is in the air at this point but she isn't getting good stretch from her lower half... Yeager's missing frames
Again, this bat setup was how her TB coach instructs. I always had more of a vertical bat.
At heel plant...Unless she wraps during her stride forward, at plant is when you need to be concerned she should look about like this, looks like the picture is taken during her normal stance before ball is pitched, I would want to see a still at plant before confirming anything or changing anything...
