Hi;
I'm from Malaysia and we are using ISF rules for our games. Last week my team had a primary school state level game. One of my player was at the first base. He stepped on the orange base instead of the white. After the pitch had been made by the pitcher, the runner on first base (who stepped on the orange portion) ran to the second base. The umpire called the runner out because he stepped on the orange portion and not the white one. Was it the right call? As what I was understood that the both orange ang the white one is considered as one base.
Please help. Thanks.
(Sorry for bad English)
