Analyzing mechanics help

Hello there fellow softball coaches/players,
well I'm new to this forum so please excuse me if I dont comply to any rules lol.

Anyways, i came across this video, and the pitcher in it seems really fast! Could someone analyze this pitcher's mechanics and enlighten me? From what i see, his stride isn't all that long, and he seems pretty relaxed, but man, is his ball fast! Sorry there was only one video so we can't see the pitcher from different angles, but can someone tell me what is so right about his mechanics?

I'm talking about the 2nd pitcher in the video ( the one wearing white ) and this is guy's softball by the way...
