What can I say, the kid is hot and cold.

Took this video yesterday, I can't see anything going on with the mechanics.

Lots of pop ups this weekend at tournament.

Any feedback is much appreciated!

When you say "pop ups" do you mean high infield pop ups with lots of back spin, or high, lazy fly balls to the outfield?

Was she popping up pitches high in the strike zone, or ones at the waist?

I don't see any big flaws in her swing.

All kinds of pop ups, and a few lazy fly balls.

She has been swinging at pitches that are a bit high, yes, but not usually making contact.

It may just simply be a matter of not seeing the ball, too.

FWIW- Had a similar problem with DD. She looks fine hitting off the tee, she hits fine in the cage (machine pitch) but live pitching-fast or slow- and her mechanics change and she has been popping up. I need to get video of her with live pitching.

High pitches often get popped up. Lay off the high ones. :)

Letting the hands go on a path toward the ground too long, causing the bat to cut across the ball path, will cause infield pop ups on pitches at the waist and just below.
