Progress video how's she doing?

Sorry Man10 I can't offer any advice. I am bumping this thread in hopes that someone will give some feedback. I do see a little palm down but at 9 but like my dd she corrects before going into release. If she and my dd could get rid of that minor tweak they would get more load and possibly more whip. Again...I am just a parent not a coach. Overall she looks good! How old is she if you don't mind me asking?

A couple of things I noticed reviewing the slo-mo video:
- At 12:00 the ball is pointed towards the camera which is approx. between 2nd & 3rd base (not towards home plate as it should be). This closed move causes her to "push the ball" down the back of the circle instead of "pulling the ball" down the circle.
- she gets very little "brush interference".
Focus on these two areas and she will immediately add increase in velocity and spin to her pitch.

I would say that she is over rotating her shoulder and not getting a good brush contact(watch where her glove hand goes)as Rockettech1 mentioned. Overall, she has made a lot of progress and looks great.

I would say she is throwing fast and looks good. I didn't slow it down to get all technical but at full speed she looks like a beast.

She's 15 years old.
I wish I knew. We don't own a gun and I'm no good at guessing speeds but I've been told by others it's 58 or so a month or so back and I think she's picked up a few mph. So she may be hitting 60 some now.
Man10, I am far from the expert and probably far from novice as well but the comments above seem to be right on. The one thing that stuck out to me in slow mo was at 9:00 her arm appeared to be straight with no bend. I think if you get the "pull" as rocket mentioned above then you will get more bend, more brush, more velocity. Just my 2 cents... Other than that she looks really good! Apologies for my lack of editing expertise as well!

Looks good to me!
Good drive, great resistance, good IR and brush.... Just a little glove swim, but it doesn't seem to pull her out of alignment. Very strong, and at only 15??!!!
