Video Review (Pitching Only)... JMHO for my DD

I think this is a pretty good gadget for teaching a feel for Brush. Whip powers, giving focus for
linking backside of arm & ribs for a release point.

She don't brush that much because she still wants to muscle / control location.

Forced her to forget & Learn .... It went over the fence several times, before she could even hit the 8x8 tarp.

She took what she knows about location and got it to target.

Pointing the front foot to target gives hip to brush... Totally debunking the original clip step#1... from which it came.
(of course they weren't teaching brush)

With the sock/ball found it easier to focus on ribs... instead of hip

She liked it, took it as a Challenge ...said she wants to do it again... It was like a missile... & fun :{))

yep... found the missing link in... brushing & hitting. Gonna re-make this video... with LIGHT today. Have used Pitching to hit, now its time for Hitting to pitch.
