This is my first time asking for help.
My DD she is 12 last August, second year working on IR, third year pitching. Last year August she broke her tail bone. has been on lay off since last August letting it heal.

She started back 15 Jan 2015 and has been working very hard. When weather permits we throw outdoors.

All she has is me, we live in the country and the nearest city is Tulsa about 70 miles were we can find a pitching coach.

So i have read and studied and she has worked hard over the last couple years and i just want to make sure I am taking her in the right path.

I have studied and watched just about everyone you guys have suggested on this board.

With all that being said i am not going to do what i think needs to change,

I really want to hear from everyone here. Everyone's opinion is highly valued.

Thank you in advance.
Here are 6 throws from different angles.

I am very proud of this girl, she works hard and will do anything her coaches ask including playing with a broken tail bone. For that i will do what ever it takes to help her fulfill her dream

Thank you very much

She is well on her way Keith. Get that glove up more and then have her suck both arms into her sides so they mirror each other a bit more while keeping the pitching arm as close to her body as she can. This will help her improve posture a bit and give her more power by using more adduction.

Drive wise get her loading back into her rear foot more and when driving out and then drive hard against that rear foot, keeping her rear foot in light contact with the ground during the stride out.

In addition to what JJ said, I'd add that brush-contact (the no-injury kind, of course) will benefit with the timing and intensity of her release, due to the fact that her throwing arm is very nice coming into release.

I think she's well on her way. Just make sure you pick your battles and don't overload her with too much tweaking. Ever polished rocks? Seems like it takes forever.

Tell her that her back foot is an anchor and she is dragging it. I bet she doesn't do that with an overhand throw, or while batting. Drag jut the big toe.

I think that she would be fun to catch. It looks like you are in IL. But, if this was recent, she wouldn't be outside in shorts. I just see the plains and dead grass.

I agree with the too much tweaking, she just wants to be able to come back from her injury and have fun.

I have her sit with me once every once in a while and watch videos like the one i posted. I have her critique what is good and what we may want to work on.
The reoccurring statement is usually related to brush interference.

Thank you so much.

As the gang has mentioned and the first thing I noticed was the lack of weight forward-back-forward to achieve that running start.

Also you can see she is forcing herself open. Coach White likes to see the pitcher driving over the drive foot/toe.

I do like her firm front side.
