Some positives I see...
She has a nice arm circle. No figure 8 going on.
She is driving off the rubber (or 2x4 in this case I think). Though as others have pointed out she is dragging the entire side of the foot. Need to correct that. That in and of itself can cause accuracy issues as the amount of drag can be inconsistent from pitch to pitch. My daughter had the same issue and firming up the front side and dragging the toe made a world of difference.
And her glove hand isn't swimming out bad. It is a little but not to the extremes I have seen in young (and old) pitchers.
And she appears to be smiling for at least that pitch, which means as a Dad you have not driven the will to pitch out of her by constantly over correcting her and taking the fun out of it. For at least that pitch anyway ;-). I have had to put myself in timeout for that a few times, but I have gotten much better
