Hal, you should perhaps rename it the "discus curveball". I don't anyone who throws a Frisbee like that.

I tried, I failed... I must say it was fun, but my shoulder hurts. Is this an off-speed or full on change up. Everything I got was REALLY slow and mostly spiral. Had to give up when DS got tired of chasing balls and wanted to play frisbee...

I tried it, but had great difficulty. Then I realized something I have never noticed before....I've always thrown a Frisbee with my left hand and have difficulty throwing it right handed.

I played a fair amount of Ultimate Frisbee back in college and threw with at least 5 different grips that I can recall. Never once did I see anyone throw a Frisbee with the grip shown.
