If you do dry swings in the house. Have her stand in front of a mirror. You stand behind her and be the pitcher. This is a great way to do the Matrix drill and go thru the steps. She can see you and as she breaks her swing down, she can see what she is doing.

Alot of money for a tee
I use a black schutt tee. Have 3 beat up ones

Just move it around by hand. They wack the heck out of it doing multple girls so you might think about replacement cost on parts.

Total Control Balls off a tee. Great drill for teaching hitting center of the ball and driving through the ball long.
