I like the cage swing from March (top clip) significantly better. The current game swing is heavy with DBSF, bat drag, and incorrect weight shift. The game swing is also missing the quickness of the cage swing.
I'm not sure what all you were working on at the time of the game swing, but it might be worth revisiting and see if you can reprogram some of what was going on at the time.

It's a work in progress, agreed that the cage swing is much better. I see the bat drag and the dbsf, we are working on that. She even pointed it out when I showed her the video. Where is the incorrect weight shift, is it that she is not shifting it completely?

Good to hear that you're aware and working on it. As the father of an 11yo DD, I understand about a work in progress.
In the game swing, I'm seeing a shift too soon, and the swing becomes mostly arm-powered. The front legs is also softer than we want to see. Being a bit early on the pitch can often result in some of these issues, especially with younger hitters.
One of the things I'm stressing with my DD right now is to make good quality swings, rather than just trying to make contact to put the ball in play.
