I've had my Zepp for a few weeks but really have just started playing around with it this past weekend...I've read a ton on the device but I'm still a little confused on some things...

Here are 2 swings of mine:

There is an 18* difference in the angle of attack but yet I do not see that big of a discrepancy the 3D rendering...am I not understanding the metric correctly?

I would think there would be a correlation between hand speed and time to impact...but these numbers seem to dispel that notion...

It would seem to me the vertical angle at impact number will change based on pitch location. These 2 swings had different tee height\tee position.

One last thing, where the red is noted, is that indicative of a bad tee position?

Side note, all 3 DD's seem to struggle with attack angle...it's usually around 0...

TIA

The bat angle has a direct connection to casting or staying compact. It's important to keep the front elbow higher than the hands through contact to get a good -20ish number. This angle will produce line drives more often than not. The attacking angle is simply seeing if the swing is upward, level or downward.... I like to see baseball swings at an upward angle of around 10° and fastpitch no more than 5° just to get on more of a plane with the pitch
