10 Yr Old DDs Swing

Shuffling Feet
Need some help on any specific drills or advice that can be given, my 10 yr old DD is shuffling her feet in the batters box while the pitch is on the way. Late Swing
I need some help or advice with my 10 yr old daughters swing. She is constantly late at contact, lots of ground balls to the first baseman or foul balls to the first base side. Any drills that can help with this issue? Any and all advice is appreciated- JRMenchaca
