backswing or not
My DD also eliminated her backswing and it has also improved her accurracy and speed (leg drive). Changing pitching styles?
Not a PC, but DD's PC changed her motion last fall and we have seen some big improvements. Frustrated mom , discouraged daughter please help
I have also had a similar situation with my daughter pitching faster than her teammates. She has been pulled because it wasn't "fair" to the other team.
