Size of hand
This question is mostly for pitching coaches . Dose the size of the girls/womans hand have a major influence on the type of advance pitch she will be able to throw ? Will it limit her to throwing certain pitches and enhance it for woman who have large hands ? Thanks in advance :) !- liviking

Batter hit by a pitched ball that hit the dirt ?
My DD throw a pitch that she released a little too early . She is 10 y/o ,the batter did not not get out of the way fast enough and the ball bounced off the dirt and hit her in the leg . I thought the call should of been a ball but the ump awarded the batter first base . We are playing in a...- liviking

Hips turning gradually or snapping
When you are teaching your students to open their hips , do you teach them to open the hips as the the lead foot extends forward gradually or dose it ''snaps'' open as the ball of the lead foot lands ? My DD is being taught to snap her her hips as she lands .Thanks in advance !:)- liviking

My question is when working out with your daughter or student , after you warm her up , do you have her throw hard right away .
