Thanks for the responses everyone; great tips! A quick update on the player/parent I mentioned. A quick phone call and short discussion showed that the parent and I were on the same page all along. I kinda agree with most of what has been said previously. As and assistant park ball coach, we teach our girls discipline. (If we say don't swing, don't swing... duh!!!!)
