Foul Tip Clarification
USA tournament rules If there is a foul tip that hits the catcher's mitt first, then is wedged under armpit and secured before hitting the ground. Is this an out? I believe as long as it hits mitt first then caught before touching the ground it's an out, just looking for clarification. It was...- Scrappers

1 ball per inning rule
Semi finals of 14u game today that resumed after 45 minute rain delay. In the 3rd inning my pitchers throws a pitch in the mud that gets away from my catcher. After pitcher receives ball back from catcher she throws it back in to catcher for a new one and umpire feels ball and refuses to change...- Scrappers
