pitcher pace?
How much control does the pitcher have in controlling the pace of play? Can she pitch when she wants or is she required to wait for the batter? I know there is a max length of time to throw the next pitch but is there a minimum? How can you legally speed up a batter who is taking too long to...- dpett

team tax question
Wasn't sure where to post this. Our team has a tax id and is incorporated but is not tax exempt. Do we need to file a return and if so which one? Thanks- dpett

2 strike slapping
If you foul off a slap with 2 strikes is it an out? Is it umpires judgement as to whether it was a swing or bunt attempt? My girls are just starting slapping and I want to make sure. I can't find anywhere in NSA rules addressing this.- dpett

Foul tip penalty??
In tourney this weekend we're on defense. Runner on 1st with 1 out. Count on batter is 1-1. Batter foul tips straight into catchers glove. Runner on 1st steals 2nd. Why would you be penalized for catching the tip? Makes no sense. I should instruct my catcher to intentionally drop it...- dpett
