Trouble changing pitches
Just a small suggestion - because I know the above have way more knowledge than me....... The 12" ball may be too big for her 04 hands. Why Do I Feel Like Calling It Quits After the First 5 Minutes??
Limit the amount of time you work with her. My 10u DD warms up and runs through 3 drills. We follow up with 10 throws with each pitch and end with long toss and walk troughs. 30 minutes tops ! No anger, bite your tongue ! I have good and bad days - she does too. Don't push what doesn't work...- Mfosterwa

Help with field maintenance please
I set the anchor in cement in an empty plastic coffee can. Then bury the can. I also have similar anchors set 4 inches below the ground without cement. I bought 4 of these hooks from home depot and screwed them into the ceiling rafters Crown Bolt 5/16 in. x 7 in.
