Looking for suggestions for a SE USA target tournament for our first year 12U team
I think Carrollton Classic B is still open, that might be a good one to look at. You could also look at King of the Mountain, but I'm not sure it's March or April- Sweet

another mask question
No, not at all. The evoshield is hard and protects around the torso, so ribs and back too. The zoombang is "padding" (gel actually) in the center of the chest only. I know that the gel/padded, hex or foam heart guards don't guarantee to save her if she takes a freakly-timed line drive to the...- Sweet

another mask question
My dd switched from glasses to contacts mainly for sports. It was a great decision for us. My 10yo pitcher wears a mask (schutt youth size), and a pull over heart guard shirt (Rawlings zoombang and McDavid Hex are her faves). We recently got her evoshield shin guards. TB Coaching Question
Our coaches are dads. They do not get paid, but the team pays for a shirt to wear to tournaments. Our team does hire professional instuctors who attend a few practices a month. Our players are expected to take (and pay for) private lessons on their own.- Sweet

Why my DD will always wear a mask when pitching.....
My dd always wears her mask when pitching. My youngest just started playing, and we started her out wearing the mask, so it it all that she's ever known. I don't want it "mandated" or required in the rules that my dd has to wear her mask... as her parents we are fine setting our own rules for...- Sweet
