6U and Discipline Running??
I apologize for taking so long to get back! We have NOT implemented it. I think we just had a bad day. It was a day were 2 of our 4 coaches didn't show and chaos ensued. I know a lot of people say that 6u just doesn't understand but the girls I see out there do understand. I am so beyond proud...- swayman2202

Hello! This is my first year coaching. I have a group of 6u girls that are actually pretty good. For the most part we have our act together. Parent problem..... already?
Hahahaha!! Our first practice is Sunday. I think I might keep 100.00 in my pocket just to do this if they have a single problem. I will just whip it out. Hahaha!!! I think I will handle it in steps. Heck they may be completely different at practice. I doubt it, but I will keep my hopes up. I think I will start with a private conversation, followed by a public "taking care of business" meeting (basically clearing the air with all the parents at once) if...- swayman2202

Parent problem..... already?
Well I posted yesterday about help building rules and expectations for my 6U team. I quickly learned that a successful practice would mean every girl participated for at least 10 minutes and no one got beaned in the head with a bat. You all are great!
