    Very nice! Keep doing what she's doing in the video by mixing up the pitches and when she can hit every location at will then she will be super dominant. Most importantly, take the advice of BM, coach james, Rick Pauly and others to fine tune every last detail. Hopefully, we will see her...

    Chelsea Wilkinson

    Chelsea's spin rates are amazing. I've watched her quite a few times in the last couple years and for the most part, her speed was 58-60 so I really thought that was where she topped out but late this year I noticed her hitting 64-65 at will. I guess she's a lot like Cat and does better/feels...

    Congrats... hopefully she can maintain it as the year goes! My DD always throws harder after a decent break and surprisingly is usually very accurate but she usually slows after she's been pitching a while.

    Like others have stated... let her arm get longer on the way up. As long as she can get the palm up by 9 her arm/elbow will get all the bend it needs.

    I agree with the others in that she is well on her way and especially the recommendations to not over-teach her right now. If she wants it... she will be good!

    I so hope I get the opportunity to do this as well! My DD unfortunately had to go through the "do this... no do this" trial and error phase and an overbearing dad who assumed this stuff was easy and took the fun completely out of it.

    Help me interpret this answer

    I would probably at least try to visit a lesson given by the instructor she said teaches the girls to roll their hand over (assuming she means palm down) after release as this is surely a result of IR.

    RB... where does your DD apply pressure on her in and out cutter for both grips she has used?
