Very nice! Keep doing what she's doing in the video by mixing up the pitches and when she can hit every location at will then she will be super dominant. Most importantly, take the advice of BM, coach james, Rick Pauly and others to fine tune every last detail. Hopefully, we will see her...
If you're anywhere near javasource (Mike) then get a hold of him. He's in NY but I can't remember the name of the town he lives in. Shoot him a PM and I'm sure he will get back to you.
Chelsea's spin rates are amazing. I've watched her quite a few times in the last couple years and for the most part, her speed was 58-60 so I really thought that was where she topped out but late this year I noticed her hitting 64-65 at will. I guess she's a lot like Cat and does better/feels...
My DD got called for an illegal pitch a couple times this year in HS when she dropped her stride foot heel (toes still on rubber) and I knew they were saying or thinking she was taking a step rearward. I knew it was legal to take a step rearward so I knew it had to be something about when the...
Congrats... hopefully she can maintain it as the year goes! My DD always throws harder after a decent break and surprisingly is usually very accurate but she usually slows after she's been pitching a while.
I agree with the others in that she is well on her way and especially the recommendations to not over-teach her right now. If she wants it... she will be good!
I so hope I get the opportunity to do this as well! My DD unfortunately had to go through the "do this... no do this" trial and error phase and an overbearing dad who assumed this stuff was easy and took the fun completely out of it.
I would probably at least try to visit a lesson given by the instructor she said teaches the girls to roll their hand over (assuming she means palm down) after release as this is surely a result of IR.
No disrespect to Ken and it's JMO but it looks like she is missing the whip by turning her hand over early. I really don't see her upper arm pausing at her side while her lower arm is lagging. She's close though... some pitches/angles look better than others. Stay inside the ball just a bit...

I don't agree that Java teaches this method. I do agree he would prefer the pivot foot to slightly rise off the ground as it slides to the left or right while transferring weight rearward but he doesn't prefer the heel/toe "rocking motion" so your statement may be a little misleading.
I totally agree with everything said above but I might change it to say "completely closed at release" as there are a few who go ahead and close after the release of the pitch.
