    No, sorry, she was meeting with the Dad 2X/wk for 1.5 - 2 hrs.. Now, she has team practice 2X/week and occasionally meets with her regular hitting coach, but he has limited availability.     I would tend to agree with you. The first video is a HitTrax session and aiming for the leaderboard for exit velo and distance is something that I don't think is helpful to development.

    No worries, I really appreciate the willingness to help out. I've learned enough to know that "squishing the bug" is a bad thing. So, instead, she should be using the ball of her foot on her back foot simply as a pivot point and her hips should be driving the motion?

    Agreed, it was shortly before leaving for a game and she was doing some last-minute warming up. The Crocs aren't causing the hitting issues however.
