LS didn't call back, but I got through to them later yesterday and got an RMA#. Both bats have done the same thing. 2016 Xeno durability?
if you hit it on the palm of your hand can you hear it? you can feel it as well. her first one lost a ton of pop when it started making the noise. the second one I can't say as it isn't broken in and she never actually hit any balls with it aside from the soft toss.- bsucardinalfan

my 9yo had a 2015 xeno that she used for most of the summer, it developed a rattle on the weekend of the final tournament of the year.
