2 piece vs. 1 piece bats, practical differences?

The CF4 and CF5 are both 2 piece bats according to Demarini's website ? Maybe I am misunderstanding what is meant by a 1 piece or 2 piece bat .

I guess you could call those two piece but they are joined solid. That's like calling the RocketTech a two-piece bat. The Xeno and the Stealth have the rubber-type connection between the pieces.

I guess a rigid 2-piece just muddies the water that much more.
