Just got home from first off season hitting session I had with dd. She wanted to just do drills and hit on a tee. Same things we worked on will get you the side effect of extension. We focused on her keeping her hands tight to her back shoulder and her back shoulder "delivering, throwing, launching" her hands out to center field. A tight V in the right arm, a perfect L in the left arm, a near perfect triangle between elbows up to hands on bat until they get launched out to center field. Here is a new to her drill she did from Matt Lisle. I Used a smaller ball than in the video, I want the hands tighter to the torso. The drill starts at about 1:15.

I would have loved to have been a fly on the wall to watch you work with your dd. I bet its a lot of fun.Socalsy, this is my little girl and this ball was hit really far. The discussion of "extension" is one of those topics that has been discussed here a lot and so, a search of that topic might provide some interesting reading for you and/or others reading this thread.
As you can see in the picture, she has an issue extending her arms. Any good tee or soft toss drills to help with this?
